NEW! Yo Gabba Gabba: New Friends!

I don't know about your kids, but Yo Gabba Gabba is a HUGE hit with mine. I, myself, had never really sat down to watch it before until now. I would always listen and dance though. I have to admit, this show is really good. It gets your kids up and moving while teaching many of life's lessons at the same time. The music is so upbeat and the colors are are so bright and perfect for stimulation.

My son Jacob has always loved this show so we have several episodes on DVR. He's especially fond of the Wiggle Wiggle song. On April 7th, 2009 Nickelodeon released the newest edition to the Yo Gabba Gabba DVD family that now features everyones favorite funny guy, Jack Black. He is absolutely fantastic in the New Friends episode. The DVD showcases 4 all new episodes that are sure to get your little one up and moving. The songs are great and the lessons are educational. You just can't beat having those 2 combinations in 1. You will also see other familiar faces such as Rahzel, Sean Kingston, Biz Markie, Mark Mothersbaugh, and Cornelius, just to name a few.

What I loved most about the new Yo Gabba Gabba: New Friends...

• Education: I am all about shows that educate my children. While I wish I could shelter my children away from television we all know in most cases that's not going to happen. So for me I prefer my children watching shows that teach them something. With themes focused on sharing and dealing with sadness it really is such a great show.

• Music: There is nothing more aggravating than a kids show with horrible music. If I can't tolerate it then my children aren't watching it, LOL. With DJ Lance Rock you get upbeat tempos and words I wouldn't mind my children repeating. It is also opening my child's mind to all genres of music. Featuring original music for preschoolers in genres like New Wave, Hip Hop, and Pop.

• Motivational: I don't want my children being couch potatoes. I want them to keep active even when watching TV. What I love about Yo Gabba Gabba is their ability to entice children to get up and move along with them. The dancing disguised exercise is something you can't help but to do yourself. Not that I would know, LOL.

This is definitely something I think everyone with children should own. It just has everything you could want in a show for your child. So go pick up this DVD and bring Muno, the red cyclops, Foofa the pink flower bubble, Brobee the green little one, Toodee the blue cat-dragon, and Plex the robot into your child's life!

I know I know it's late. Better late than never I always say. Yea, I don't say that, but it's true!

Here is my darling little princess wearing the most adorable little miss matched coverall. The colors are so vibrant and fun. The material is thin yet warm. Living in Florida we keep our air conditioning low. Pretty close to the Antarctica setting. So I have to dress my children like it's winter when it comes to bed time. Josslyn's room is the coldest in the house. I am constantly worrying if she's too cold. Yet, I don't want her to become super hot and uncomfortable. This is just the perfect weight for her.



What I really love about this coverall is it's versitility. She can wear it to bed but can also wear it as an outfit in public. I get the best of both worlds. Making this outfit worth every penny and more! Is it a fashion no no to wear your pajamas in public? I guess I didn't get that memo, LOL.



As a mom of 3 I do a lot, A LOT, of my shopping online. Especially clothes shopping for my kids. One thing I am constantly worrying about is how does it run in regards to size? There is nothing more disappointing than getting an outfit in the mail and having to return it because it's too big or too small. I was very pleased when this outfit ran true. The one she is wearing is a 6-9 months and she is 9.5 months. It might be a tad snug on her, but she's 20lbs so...LOL! She likes to eat. The material is very flexible making it easy to play.



My first impressions of LittleMissMatched are fantastic. Anyone who knows me, knows I love shopping for kids' clothes. It's a crazy addiction I have that drives my husband batty. It's no secret I love to shop. One of the things I find myself doing is trying to get my friends and family to buy products that I have tried and love. So, my bloggy friends, you are no different. This is my beautiful baby boy Jacob. Jacob has a sensitive hiney. We have been battling this horrendous diaper rash since he was about 6 months or so. It's almost as if his bowel movements are eating away at his skin. It looks like someone poured acid on his bum. We have no idea what causes it. We have tried eliminating dairy but it still came back. We thought it was caused by juice, so we cut the juice from his diet and it still came back. We thought it was from that disgusting blanket you see in the picture with him, so we washed and bleached it constantly, but it still came back. So now instead of trying to find what is causing it, we are just learning to live with it.

So when I got the chance to review Bummas diaper clothes I was super thrilled. Finally
something out there that could help control the rashes. It says so right on

I waited to test these until Jacob had a diaper rash again, which he developed over the weekend. So it was great timing. I went with the Wild Ones set since wild is the perfect description of Jacob.

My first impressions of the Bummas cloths...

• The colors are fabulous.
• The size is super convenient.
• The texture is extra soft yet durable.

I used the purple for wet wiping, and the orange for drying. So I stacked them accordingly to make diaper changing even easier.


One of the great things about the Bummas cloths is they are perfect size to fit anywhere. I placed them in the bottom of a wipes container. Then I put a spray bottle with water in it in the changing basket. So, I can just spray the wet cloth and don't have to get up to wet it down. Everything is in close proximity making the diaper change just as fast as before the Bummas cloths. I still use my regular diaper wipes to clean up bowel movements.



One of the things Jacob's doctor stressed to me is getting the diaper wipe residue off him before putting the diaper rash ointment on him. Normally we just wipe him off and throw him in the bath. He might take 3-4 baths a day. That's another great thing about Bummas. Saving me time and water!!!


When I'm done I just put the wipes back on top of the Bummas cloths, and the cream into the container and I have everything I need in 1 spot.


I roll the wet one inside of the dry one. Then I just toss the used cloths into the dirty towel basket. It's just that simple.


I really loved these cloths and I'm definitely glad I was lucky enough to get the chance to review them. They are also great for making sure you don't get sprayed while changing those little baby boys! Just place one over the area and it will soak it right up! ;-)

So today's Gotta Have It Tuesday is a product for our little ones. Since I can remember my father has been a runner. He instilled in us how important a good shoe is in forming your feet. In children this is exceptionally important. You also want something comfortable and breathable. No one wants bad knees and stinky feet. Well, no one I know at least.

When it comes to choosing shoes for my children I go for quality verses price. Although, if you know me at all you know I will bargin shop for the right price. So when I came across See Kai Run shoes I knew these shoes would be PERFECT for my children. The selection is amazing. I ♥ Dyson

It took me 5 years to convince my skeptic husband to purchase a Dyson vacuum. After 3 cheap crappy & very broken vacuums later he finally agreed. I. Am. In. LOVE! It has 10 times the suction and 1/3 of the noise. Now I can vacuum without scaring the life out of my little ones. Even Josslyn will sleep through me vacuuming right next to her. We opted for the DC14. Since we only have a cat who doesn't shed much we thought this was the best one for our family. It is super simple to put together. Just snaps together in minutes. I couldn't believe the amount of dirt and dust that I vacuumed in 1 use. Especially since I thought my carpets were pretty clean. Minus the kid stains, LOL. Cleaning out the canister couldn't be easier. In my old canister vacuums I always spilled dirt back onto my floor, my hands were always covered in dust and dirt as well. With the Dyson it's as simple as pressing the release button and it empties out from the bottom straight into the trash can. No mess!!! I mean really, who wants to vacuum up mess, only to put it back on the floor to vacuum up again?!?! My advice...buy a Dyson. Get it right the first time. I know you are all thinking, "Dyson's are way too expensive!" If you think about it. I purchased 3 reasonably priced, cheap, vacuums all ranging around $150 dollars, in a matter of 4 years and all 3 broke. Simple math can tell you, that is not cheap. Dyson gives you a 5 year warranty on their vacuums. You just can't beat that! So...GO BUY A DYSON! You will not regret it.
