Not Me Monday

Welcome to Not Me! Monday! This blog carnival was created by MckMama. You can head over to her blog to read what she and everyone else have not been doing this week.

I am not having a hard time coming up with Not Me confessions to blog about today.

It is not because I have a bad short term memory and can't even remember what I wore yesterday.

I have not put laundry off so long that I have 9 loads to do today.

I am not just slightly jealous of the east coast because they are getting pounded with lots of fluffy white snow today and it's going to be in the 60's here.

I did not go over the weekend and look at a minivan. Not me, not the girl who swore she would absolutely NEVER rock a minivan. I am not rethinking it and now looking at the Nissan Armada and the Dodge Durango.

I have not spent the last 4 days worrying about how life is going to be when Rich deploys in June. I am not trying to pretend it's no big deal, when really I'm heartbroken inside.

I did not make brownies last night simply so I could eat the batter.

I did not spend a little too much on some Matilda Jane clothes yesterday because I'm slightly obsessed with girl baby clothes.

I did not get a little emotional last night while watching Brothers & Sisters. I, in no way made fun of my husband for loving that show and then I became obsessed.

Hey, I rocked a mini-van for a long time. NO sweat! Hot moms can even make mini-vans cool. (or so I kept telling myself)

ha ha ha

Enjoyed your Not Me's!

My husband was in the Air Force for 13 years, got out couple of years ago, and his name is Rich too! ha.

I swore I would never be a Minivan mom, love the SUV, but with three kids it was a pain. I was rearend last year and had a van for rental. I did not want to give it back, I just got a Caravan last month and could not be happier, so much easier with the kids. But I still sigh when I see an Envoy, maybe one day I will have one again.

Your kids are cute, the boys look like thier daddy, at least to me in the pictures.

See you around Mckmama's.
